We guarantee for a period of three years from the date of birth, that if your puppy is properly diagnosed with a genetic defect, we will refund the purchase price, or, if you choose, we will replace your puppy with another from a subsequent litter, if you return the puppy so diagnosed to us.  Before we are obligated on this guaranty, we have the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of our choice, and this veterinarian's diagnosis will be binding on all parties.  

If, for any reason, a purchaser feels incapable of keeping their puppy, we will accept the dog back at any age and find an appropriate home for him or her.  If we are able to resell the dog, we will share an appropriate amount of that purchase price, to be determined solely by us, with the original purchaser.  We will retain an amount to compensate us for our costs and time in finding a new family.
